New Zealand Dollar (NZD) withdrawals
Withdrawals can be made to your nominated bank account in the withdraw section of the Wallet page.
If you would like to change your bank account, please email us a copy of your most recent bank statement (dated within the last 3 months) to [email protected]. Please ensure that the copy of your bank statement is taken from the documents section of your online banking or a paper copy. We cannot accept a screenshot of your online banking accounts or transaction list as a formal bank statement is required.
International Funds Withdrawal
If you want to withdraw a non-NZD currency from your cash account, you’ll first need to transfer it to your NZD cash account, then withdraw the amount in NZD.
If you have a New Zealand domestic foreign currency bank account linked to your trading account and would like to withdraw funds to that account, just get in touch with our Customer Experience team at [email protected], and we’ll sort it out for you.
