New Zealand dollar (NZD) deposits
NZD can be deposited into the NZD cash account via your usual NZD payment method - bill payment or direct credit. You can find your cash account details in the deposit section of the Wallet page.
Please use these details when making a deposit to your cash account:

Particulars: Your Invest Direct Account Number (located at the top right of your account when logged in)
Code: Your last name
Reference: Your initials
Funds can be transferred between the hours of 9:00am and 6:00pm NZT on any New Zealand business day, or any business day for the relevant currency-issuing country. If your transfer request is placed on a New Zealand public holiday, on a public holiday in the currency-issuing country, on a weekend, or after 6:00pm NZT on business days, your request will be processed on the following business day, and funds will then be transferred overnight.
We complete a payment sweep of our bank account each day around 9am, 1pm and 3pm. Once your deposit has been made into our account, it is picked up in one of these sweeps and allocated to your account. Your deposit is paid to your account as soon as possible but we cannot guarantee which sweep the payment will be picked up as we are dependent on bank processing times.
International funds deposit:
The deposit of international funds will only be accepted by international money transfer (IMT) as these are cleared funds. Please see attached our foreign currency settlement instructions if you were looking to deposit funds into a multi-currency account. All deposits will be credit to your cash account in the same currency and no fees will be charged.
