Paying for Share Purchase Plans, Rights, and Entitlements (including BPAY®)

When participating in a Share Purchase Plan or exercising Rights or Entitlements, you’ll need to make payment, and the method will vary for ASX and NZX-listed companies.

Payment Methods

BPAY® (ASX Listings): You'll be provided with a Biller Code and a unique Reference number to complete your payment via BPAY®.

Bank Transfer (ASX Listings): Details provided include BSB, Account Number, Account Name, Bank, Swift Code, and a Reference for your payment.

Bank Transfer (NZX Listings): You’ll receive the company’s New Zealand bank account details to complete a standard bank transfer.

Payment Options

From Your Bank:
You can make payment directly from your own bank account, following the instructions provided by the company or share registry. If you need help, your bank can assist.

From Your Cash Account: If you’d like to use funds from your cash account for an ASX-listed company, we can arrange a BPAY® payment on your behalf. Please follow the instructions below:

For BPAY® payments please contact us by phone or email at least 2 business days before the offer closes. If you need to convert funds from another currency into AUD, allow at least 4 business days before the offer closes.

  • Email the team [email protected]

  • In the subject line write: URGENT – BPAY – DATE THE OFFER CLOSES

  • In the body provide the account name, account number, the payment amount (in Australian Dollars), outline which currency in your cash account you would like funds paid from (NZD, AUD, GBP, USD)

  • Attach the BPAY® instructions PDF or provide a screenshot of the details.
