To close your account, please let us know by emailing [email protected] with your account number or your full account name.

If you have Cash, ASX holdings on a Holder Identification Number (HIN), or US/UK custodial holdings, you’ll need to transfer them to another provider or sell them before your account closes.

NZX holdings will stay on your Common Shareholder Number (CSN). These will not need to be transferred as they are registered in your name with the relevant share registry and remain accessible after account closure.

Once the necessary details are provided, the team will confirm receipt of your request and manage the closure process for you. We will reach out if there are any further steps or follow-ups required.
