To change your contact details, we require a Change of Details form to be completed and sent back to us. These can either be scanned to [email protected] or posted to the below address:

If you’d like to update your contact details for an individual account, we can usually do this over the phone. Just give us a call at 0800 805 777.
Important: If you change your address and hold NZ shares or Australian shares on an SRN, make sure to update the relevant registry as well. You should be aware that if there are discrepancies between your contact details and the address held by the share registries, we may be unable to accept orders and there may be delays in settling trades and/or paying funds to your bank account. Mismatched details can cause failed settlements, which may incur fees that increase daily. More information on the registries can be found here.
If you’re changing your address to an overseas one, you’ll also need to send us a completed CRS form.
